Help creating a user input timezone to streamer time zone

i need help with creaing a command that the viewers can type !time and there timezone and nightbot will display both the viewers input time and the streamers time zone

!commands add !time Your time: $(time $(query)), Streamer’s time: $(time STREAMER_TIMEZONE)
