I was wondering if there is somehow a way that I can grant access to other people to manage my bttv emotes.

Such a thing is not currently possible, and i don’t believe it is currently planned.
Any particular reason you want this feature?
A good friend of mine wants that I should controll her bttv emotes, since she doesn’t want to invest the time to search for emotes by herself. but still want to grant the viewers some special bttv emotes. So she asked me if she could somehow give me access so that I can add the emotes to her channel.
