I am trying to link a google sheet to a command where it pulls up a specific range of cells. The problem is I have never set up my own API before and have no idea where to start. And yes I have googled it but can't find any answers that relate to what I'm trying to do. SEND HALP!

You'd need to start with getting a normal Google sheets cell using JavaScript and attempt to convert it to a Nightbot command. The only documentation I can offer is fetching Google Sheets through Google's API: https://developers.google.com/sheets/api/samples/reading
