Giveaways on nightbot

I was doing a giveaway on twitch with my 5viewers and i put the keyword as !giveaway and everyone typed it and i waited 5mins for it to load in,it didnt i tested it on mulitipule acconuts and tried everything in my power to fix it, it still doesnt work
