Every time I start a giveaway and then i close the tab the the giveaway goes away. I had the tab open for a couple days but my computer was acting up and had to reset completely forgetting about the giveaway. Not to be rude but how does that make any sense that I have to keep the tab open just for nightbot to track who joins the giveaway. Now I have well over 50 people who have entered the giveaway that lost there spot and I don’t know who everyone is it was. Is there anyway for me to get that info back and if not is there any site better for giveaways I cant keep letting my community down every time I have to reset my pc.

The giveaway page is designed for live, realtime giveaways. If you need to do giveaways asynchronously then you should use a different tool for them.
