this get chatters thing is confusing to me im reading all about it and none of it makes sense. the average mod of someones twitch could make a new command using the 2g.be, but this get chatters thing its telling me to get tokens but how do i get tokens for someones twitch that im a mod in. i cant find any youtube videos explaining any of this. any help will be greatly appreciated

I assume you're talking about this Get Chatters endpoint.
We're not Twitch developers support, you won't get any help about it here.
It should be noted that if you don't have development experience, getting it to work will be very difficult.
