Not sure I understand what you want, but could it be $(count) you're looking for?
Which would make the command:

!addcom !game -ul=mod You're on game $(count) out of 10.

To reset the counter with a command you can do so like this:

!addcom !resetgame -ul=mod -a=!editcom !game \-c=0

I'm not sure if he wanted to do the counter command or the command that gives you a random number each time you run it.

From my understanding, they want to keep track of which game they're at, hence why I chose to go with $(count) and why a random number won't work here, obviously it'd be better if they took the time to explain what they were looking for instead of expecting us to figure it out as if we were diviners or something, if my suggestion doesn't work for them they'll let us know, I'm sure.
