Hi, I've tried everything from part channel to everything on nightbot. the command doesn't work and is enabled

If you've tried everything, then there's not much I can suggest 😅
Are other commands working, have you checked the userlevel of the command? Also you might have a custom !game command which overwrites the default one.

all the commands i have used work just not the !game . i do not have a custom !game command either

current default !game userlevel is set to everyone

Have you tried logging out and back in into the dashboard?
