!game and !tile is not working

i was moderating in a channel and i wanted to change the tiltle, but when i type !title, Nightbot says Nightbot was unable to authenticate with Twitch's API. The channel owner may need to login at https://nightbot.tv to fix this. And i say it to the owner of the channel and he tried it but it still not working.
What can i do?

Hiya, make sure to sign out first if you're already logged in, and log back in.
