I stream from my PlayStation, but don't have the ability to use streamlabs or streamelements, is there a way to get nightbot to let me know when someone follows or anything like that?

As said before, Nightbot doesn't offer an actual alerts system, but using the send channel endpoint in Nightbot's API, a workaround is possible. How to do so is detailed here:
