Follower Alert not working.. :'(

I have installed the repack4 from Nightdev, followed the install guides on the Nightdev website, the sound files are in ogg format and >10secs long. When I preview my stream the test-username appears but to my followers nothing appears. I know this as I have asked different users to follow me to test if the alert sounds/appears on their servers but alas nothing so far…
