Follower alert does not work

Hey guys, I’ve been trying to get the follower alert function to work with no help. I seemed to get my stream tips to work though (seems I had to “accept” payment on paypal in order for it to show up on my streamtip page.) But any time someone follows me I don’t see any of the alerts inside my stream . I run a 64bit version of OBS. I’ve tried reinstalling the subscriber function to no avail. What can I do to get this working again?

when I use &preview=true , i’ll get the sample notification.

I’ve tried downgrading to obs 651b like that other person did, to no avail.

I am not partnered with Twitch. Does this function only work if someone has to become a paid subscriber?

The subscriber alert only works for partners, you should be using the follower alert. Secondly when you are finished testing it remove &preview=true from the end of the URL in order for it to function properly.
