I add !followage. If i type in chat !followage = majky128 is not following majky128
But if somebody type it into chat. Nothing happend. Can you tell me why ? or what can i do to fix ?

You most likely have to high of a cooldown set on the command

Check the cooldown as @Quirky Fox pointed out, but also the userlevel, leave it at everyone.
