Followage command responding with user isn't following

I’ve read some past topics and tried some fixes, none have worked.

$(urlfetch https://2g.be/twitch/following.php?user=$(touser)&channel=$(channel)&format=mwdhms)

What’s wrong with the command? I don’t see any issues on my end.

Whenever I type in my buddies name into the command it spits back he isn’t following me when he is.

The info comes straight from Twitch, I tested a few different users and they all seem to work fine, I would suggest double checking that your friend actually followed.
