Firefox 82.0.3 BetterTTV won't show up in extension toolbar

Spent the entire after trying to get BetterTV icon to show up in toolbar in Firefox and never
got it to work. All other extensions show up when I enable them and don't when I disable them.
BetterTV does nothing with I enable it. No toolbar icon. Oh well I gave it my best shot to get it working.
But nothing I did or tried helped and I spent several hours trying to fix it. Any clue on why ?
I'm not going to attempt any further because I don't want to break the Firefox config just for this extension.
Seems to have a issue with Firefox 82.0.3
Anyone else having it working on this version ? Thanks for any suggestions.
