Filters reset themselves?

I am having trouble raising the caps on emotes and symbols using the !filters command. It will change the limit temporarily with “!filters emotes limit #”, but during the next stream the cap will be back down to where it was initially. Any ideas?

-I’m on twitch
-I’m a moderator, not the streamer
-!filters works, but according to my !commands, it’s not actually enabled (I think this might be the problem)

@2ofcoins This is weird, Nightbot doesn’t forget the settings. Maybe, the streamer himself, or some other moderator changes the settings.
