I mod a couple music streamers on twitch and they use nightbot for their song request queue. There should be a feature where managers/owners can drag and drop songs into a certain order instead of having to “promote” them into a specific order.
The intention of the feature is supposed to be the order in which people request songs. It’s a disservice to the viewers if the streamer can reorder them. We allow promoting a song for the rare instance that the streamer can’t wait for a certain song, but it is intended to be used sparingly.
