So, Twitch chat embeds links following the https:// prefix, EVEN IF THAT COMES AS PART OF A WORD. Nightbot's autodetection of links doesn't pick this up, and the vulnerability this poses goes without saying.

Hey @Twilight Hippo!

I seem to be able to decipher that you're the one who sent the message that wasn't timed out, please note that Nightbot doesn't time out messages sent by the channel owner, and often nor the moderators or the subscribers depending on what you want, make sure you've configured your link filter properly: Spam protection → Links (Options) → Exempt userlevel.

If the issue still persists, please share a screenshot of your settings.

I am not a moderator for this channel, but I can guarantee that they have all links disabled for non-moderators. You are welcome to verify this, since it is entirely repeatable.

I managed to reproduce the issue, I'm escalating this, thank you for the report!
