Exclamation point commands not working

For some reason none of my exclamation commands are showing up anymore when I type them in

Have you added Nightbot to your channel from the dashboard, did you make him a moderator of your channel?

yea I did both of those. The commands use to work fine until I switched to twitch prime I think

Just double checked your control panel and Nightbot is not joined, you need to click the blue ‘Join’ button in the top right.
