Error when using !game & !title commands

When I use !game, !subs, and !title commands in chat, the return errors. Although people have posted these in the forums before, we have tried the solution of logging out and logging back in as well as turning the command on and off. All other commands work, just not these commands.

What's the error? We can't help without knowing it.
If it's the classic: "Nightbot was unable to authenticate with Twitch's API. The channel owner needs to login at https://nightbot.tv to fix this.," the streamer needs to log out of the Nightbot dashboard (if they're still logged in), and log back in.

I will try this again but it didn't change the first time we tried. Also tried disabling and re-enabling the commands but that didn't work.
