Whenever I try to make an Emote, it always displays the error “1x size not a regular PNG” and stops me from uploading. I made sure to edit the pictures into 28 x 28, 5 x 56, and 112 x 112 yet it still displays the error. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
You can only upload PNG or GIF emoticons. Any other type of image is not permitted, including animated PNGs.
I am using PNG. I am not sure what it means. Sadly, as a new user, i cannot provide any images. 
It might have the appearance of a PNG but it may actually be an animated PNG. We do not support animated PNGs. You will need to open the image in a program like Photoshop and resave it as a PNG.
