Error displaying selected FFZ emotes

I am getting these errors in the source code when trying to load the page. I think this might be why i can't see my channel's emotes that i added through ffz and bttv. is there a way to fix this?
Here is the error for the FFZ api:

Hiya, are you still experiencing this? Your FFZ emotes seems to work fine when I try your channel in KapChat. The 404's usually mean the account doesn't exist on the platform (have you ever signed in at betterttv.com?), I don't see any activated channel BTTV emotes, but the global emotes seem to work fine.
