Error connecting to chat

Hi,

When I click log in to chat, in the giveaway menu, this is what it say.
In browser i can log in with no problem and on the nightbot wont recognize it
I`ll attache screenshot!

I have chrome and mozilla, and i have the popup blockers disable on both of them and still this message

Hiya, which giveaway menu do you mean? You should be able to participate in Nightbot giveaways by being active in chat, or by typing a certain word.
If you can't login to Twitch, there is not much we can do about that, you might need to contact their support instead.
