Entering the url and increasing the number of special character

I am really sorry to ask you another question straightaway. But I have two more questions.

Could you let me know how to stop the nightbot from stopping the users to enter the url link?
I want the users to enter the url.

and when the user enters multiple special characters, nightbot removes the chat.
Could you let me know how to increase the number of special characters that users are allowed to enter?

To disable the links filter, go here or type this into your chat:

!filters links disable

To change the symbols filter’s limit, go here or type this into your chat:

!filters symbols limit 100

(change 100 to your desired minimum number of symbols posted before Nightbot will punish the user for spamming)
