Emotes getting rejected over and over

Hello everyone,

So I’ve recently had the opportunity to become a affiliate streamer and the chance of giving emotes to my viewers.
But after a lot changes to my emotes in the last week, all my emote are getting rejected.
The 3 of them, are on a white background, I even tried to suppress all sign of white in the image, but nothing changed, i don’t really understand.

So it’s the 2 emotes that i’m talking about.

If there is a white background but you aren’t putting it in there then its likely the image editor you are using. Try using a different editor and make sure the format you are using supports transparency, e.g. png

You can try using paint.net or something like gimp
