Emotes filter is set to 3, Symbol filter is set disabled and Repetitions filter is set to.
Nightbot fails to remove messages with 3+ emojis, even with 10+ emojis :(

I think certain newer unicode wasn't getting caught due to an outdated list of emoji. We've updated the list, so in theory it may be resolved now.
