Emotes Approved, Edited but not reviewed to be Approved Again

I submitted two emotes where one was approved within an hour. The second emote was approved 24 hours later. After viewing both emotes in dark mode vs light mode I decided to edit the two emotes by removing the white background. This was done 5 days ago and my emotes have not been reviewed again for approval. They are just in limbo.
What can I do to get them reviewed again?

We process emotes in the order in which they are received, with Pro users taking priority in the queue. If they are awaiting review then they will usually be reviewed within 0-5 business days, though this estimate can slip in some circumstances.

So now we are on day 6. What procedures do I take to see if my emotes were overlooked for review?
