Emote Wrongly Rejected, Previously was Twitch Approved

I recently changed my twitch subscriber emote for my channel, and I wanted to upload my old Sub emote to BTTV because my community enjoyed the emote, and all three times I’ve tried to upload it to BTTV, it has come back saying it doesn’t have a transparent background. I’m confused because in order for it to have been an official Twitch Sub emote, it needed to have a transparent background before.

I’m not sure where to go from here

The background on that emote isn’t transparent and is blurred. BTTV is not affiliated with Twitch and as such doesn’t follow the same emote guidelines that Twitch does.
