Hi,

As mentioned in the title, I have an emote that has been stuck in awaiting approval for more than a week. May I know when will the approval process or review process be started?

Hey @Giddy Jellyfish!

It usually takes 0 to 5 days, but it's sometimes longer if there are a lot of emotes to approve in the queue as it's done by volunteers, you can skip the free users queue by subscribing to BetterTTV Pro.
