Emote stolen please take it down

Hi, one of my emotes was stolen and uploaded to BTTV.

Here is my channel with proof that is my emote. My tier 1 sub emote. I have the animated version uploaded on my discord which is where they got it from I assume.

I want to know if you guys are able to take it down since it is one of my sub emotes or if I will have to file a DMCA since it is animated.
