Emote stolen and used on Twitch

Greetings,

I recently changed my name on twitch so I went to change my codes for my emotes on BTTV to match my new username. I saw that one of my emotes was rejected for copyright and a link posted to MY emote on some else’s twitch account. This is 100% my emote, and I have the original file with date marker and the orignal GIMP file with edits and date marker. How do I proceed from here??

Thank you,

Naomi

I would take a look at this post on a similar forum thread:

Thank you. I have submitted a ticket in this manner, but I am not sure if that covers me, my instance is reversed. My emote is now on a twitch users sub emote list ($10 sub emote). I have contacted twitch support as well, I just wanted my emote restored ASAP.
