Why does my emote keep getting rejected? It has a transparent background… Twitch approved it and I can use it on Twitch but you guys keep rejecting it??? I know your not affiliated with Twitch but if they are allowing me to use it why are you guys not??? They have almost same requirements as you guys
BTTV does not use the same emote standards as twitch. Please provide an image of the emote so we can look into why it was denied.
I’m pretty sure the rejection email will tell you the reason for rejection. That’s where you will likely find your answer.
