Emote being denied for not being transparent

Im editing some emotes for someone and two are getting denied for not having a transparent background, but I really don’t understand why. Both images use up the entire 112x112 space…I guess the crying one they don’t see that he’s wearing a hoody? The Jake one I have no clue as to why they want it transparent the rainbow is clearly part of the photo haha

I’ve had the same thing happen to me, I just cleaned up the image a little (added rounded corners with a transparent background and such), and then submitted the emote as a png, not a jpg. After that, I didn’t have any problems!
