Hello, I'm having a problem, despite being logged in and having people in chat while live no one can join the giveaways and the eligibility list is empty. In keyword mode, all user categories are blue and a keyword is set, nothing. It's been 2 months since I'm having this issue and I just used other methods so far but I know Nightbot is better and I'd like to use it without having problems. Thank you in advance for your help and have a good day.

The list populates as users are typing in chat in realtime. If you're not seeing it populate as folks are typing, this may be indicative of a client-side extension or firewall blocking traffic to our server.

Don't hijack other people's topic, create your own.
To fix your issue, simply give a name to your timer: fill the first field.
