Hello. Why doesn’t work giveaways on YouTube and commands for chat? I tried to reload and rejoin, but it didn’t work. What happens with Nightbot for YouTube?
You need to be live and have an active chat for Nightbot to response quickly. This is a Youtube Gaming limitation.

If you’re still having issues, try parting and rejoining the bot from the control panel.
