I saw in my song requests playlist that there are some songs already in there. Does anyone know if I'll get DMCA'ed if I use them in my stream?

Hey @Elder Skunk!

NightDev doesn't guarantee the songs already in the playlist to be DMCA-free, Monstercat offered their playlist and are responsible for it, if I remember correctly they were just allowing streamers to use their music, but it was never DMCA-free. Allowing streamers to use their music doesn't mean you won't receive a DMCA notice.
