The bot seems to function with the data set its got but that data set does not seem to update regularly (either on a daily basis or even better on a stream end event). Any insight?

Hey @Topaz Goose!

If should update every 15 minutes if I remember correctly.
Keep in mind it doesn't sync everything — if you want to sync subscribers/members use the integration that comes with Discord — and only under specific circumstances: members need to have their Twitch/YouTube accounts publicly linked to their Discord.
