Hello,i’m looking for a while at nightbot settings because i want to disallow moderators to add commands to nightbot from chat and i don’t find it,can you help me?

Heya, you can either disable the !commands command, or set the userlevel of the !commands command to Owner.
This command can be found in the Nightbot backend: left menu -> commands -> default
