any way to disable copy paste for viewers, because random people are coming, pasting their commercials and leaving.

Hey @Zippy Moose!

Nightbot/Nightdev isn't (operated by) Twitch, nor Youtube, nor Trovo.
However, Nightbot has a spam filter, have a look at it, you should be able to set it up so the bot times out messages that are advertisements.
