there should be a way to make a command make different responses for different userlevels

There’s no easy way to do this, however you can separate your moderators from the viewers by filling a Pastebin with their usernames, then if the user calling the command is a mod the answer can be different than for viewers. I’m only considering separating mods and viewers since mods are there to stay, viewers/subscribers not so much, plus imagine if you have thousands of them…
