Different behavior command discord or twitch

I have a command made for twitch with the nightbot that selects random users that are on the channel.
The problem is that if they launch the command on my discord and it is not live on twitch, it only takes out bots that I have on the channel.
Is there any way for the command to be able to select when launched in discord select only discord users

Hiya, I dont think there currently is a command/api that picks a random discord user.
