Using version: OBS-MP-0.12.3-With-Browser-Installer
Messages deleted by bots and manual removal are still being broadcasted by KapChat.
This should now be fixed.

Thanks a lot. Works in all ways I posted above now 
Iām sorry for commenting on a 2 week old post but i just had this issue last night where I banned a viewer but his message still was broadcasted.
Unless this is still occurring, there should not be any issues.
