Please add an option to the filters to only delete the offending message and NOT timeout the user.

We intentionally timeout the user because it prevents excessive moderation requirements for the bot. If Nightbot must continually remove messages from a spamming user, it ends up costing more resources for us to do that and Nightbot can only perform so many actions in a chat per second.
