Custom Value for $(count)

so i have a way to add to the count and a way to reset the count- but if i accidentally reset it i have to manually type in an edit command- is there a way to set a command to do:

!commands add !setcount (v) ul=moderator -a=!commands edit !count -c=(v)

Where (v) is the value you want count to be?
