Custom commands are not working

Hiya,
I have created some custom commands for my channel, however they don't work (regular commands are working properly).
It doesn't seem like I did anything wrong setting them up & re-doing them didn't work either.
So I checked, it seems like Nighbot is not in my Twitch chat (although I did set it up as mod, it's not ignored / banned ofc). I don't know why it's not there, but it doesn't interfere with the default commands anyway.
Would love to get some help on this.
