Can anyone make or help me find a custom API that shows when your twitch account was created?

You don’t actually need a customapi for this because its possible with the $(twitch) variable. Simply use a command like this:

!commands add !created $(twitch $(user) "The account {{displayName}} was created on the date of: {{createdAt}}")

You can switch $(user) with $(touser) if you want people to be able to look up names.
