Hiya, what exactly are you looking for, which particular lists are you talking about. There is the urlfetch variable where you can run external scripts, which can do this functionality for you.
For example, this one picks a random viewer from your viewerlist: $(urlfetch https://2g.be/twitch/randomviewer.php?channel=$(channel))
