Copying urlfetch link instead of page response

Hello everyone!

First some info about the commands.
!rank My top SR in S3: 4000 | Current SR (as of last logout): 3840!
!uprank edit !rank QueenEs top SR in S3: $(1) | Current SR (as of last logout): $(urlfetch LINKHERE)!
The !uprank as the alias of !commands

So here’s my question:
Is there a way for me to modify the !uprank command so it copies the $(urlfetch LINKHERE) instead of copying the page response of the urlfetch?

I.E something like this
!uprank 1337
Nightbot Tjockas -> the !rank command has been updated.
!rank My top SR in S3: 1337 | Current SR (as of last logout): $(urlfetch LINKHERE)!

Is this possible in some way?
Or would I need to make a webpage with the only thing on page being the $(urlfetch LINKHERE) ?

Appreciate your response

Regards,
Tjockas

There is no supported way to do directly what you want in nightbot. When the command is edited it would need to be edited with the urlfetch you wanted; formatted in the way you need. For example i do it here using $(1) and $(2): http://i.imgur.com/eYvvBmF.png

You would need to do it that way. Such that you have:

!uprank edit !rank QueenEs top SR in S3: $(1) | Current SR (as of last logout): $(urlfetch link1)!

!rank My top SR in S3: 4000 | Current SR (as of last logout): $(urlfetch link2)

where link1 returns $(urlfetch link2) link2 is the link you currently have in your examples
