Commercial timer not working for me

I tried different ways on the commercial timer and i keep getting this

things i tried
!commercial 180 silent
180 silent
!commercial 180 [silent]
[180] [silent]
!commercial [180] [silent]
!commercial (180) (silent)
!commercial 180 (silent)
!commercial 180 silent
I also tried without the !commercial since i have it on alias of. im thinking just go back to manual pushing ads and pre-rolls cause its not working for me.

The correct way that should function would be putting 120 silent in the Message field and !commercial in the Alias Of field. Let us know if that format fails as well.

the message with the error also shows in live chat as well even if it was "silent"

The example Aaron provided earlier should properly work. If you're still having trouble, please double check that you don't also have a command called !commercial, as that would override the alias.
