hello I have a issue with commercial on twitch.(twitch partner)
can nightbot timer spam the commercial without it s write anythings in chat?

It can, in the timer after the time amount you can add the “silent” to prevent Nightbot from announcing it. You can read more here

i read this link before this topic.
i set in timer !commercial 30 silent.
20 minutes 2 lines.
the bot spam in chat. !commercial 30 silent.

You need to set the timer’s Alias to “!commercial” and its Message to “30 silent”.
